OUR AREAS OF CARE
HOSPICE Our therapists understand that this is a difficult time for the patient as well as the family to provide hospice patients with ideal end-of-life care, focusing on comfort, functional maintenance, and family/caregiver education and training. PHYSICAL THERAPY Our therapists are skilled in, but not limited to, preoperative care, after-surgical care, orthopedics, stroke and other neurological conditions, as well as many other physical impairments. We focus on performing evaluations to establish an appropriate and effective plan of care, catering to our patient's interests and lifestyle.
HOME HEALTH We provide skilled physical therapy in the convenience of your own home! We believe that it is important to ensure patient safety, and to improve functional mobility in your everyday environment.
